Experience:

Matt has a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Environmental Systems Engineering with additional studies in Global Business Strategies in the Earth, Energy, and Materials Industries. Prior to JBE, he spent 19 years in municipal civil engineering. Through this work, Matt has extensive experience managing Capital Improvement Projects, managing utility systems, permit compliance, land development and stormwater management design and review.
